Detailed Description Help your students feel more comfortable in social situations as they learn to see things from someone else's point of view. Students will learn how to read and interpret facial expressions, as they listen to discussions of events involving other people's emotions. Students will learn to: think about how different people experience the same situation or event, depending on variables such as size, physical condition or temperature; learn to associate facial expressions with feelings and to talk about these emotions using a wider range of vocabulary; see what types of experiences elicit certain feelings; see that different experiences can bring about the same feeling in various individuals; and realize that different people might experience different feelings within the same situation.
