Detailed Description
The best way to teach a child the concept of a shape is through visual and tactile matching. Each wooden, colored block is a particular shape that corresponds to an identical one in the wooden cube. This manipulative is a cornerstone of early learning for all young children. This sturdy toy has 12 shapes to use for matching and learning shapes while working on hand-eye coordination skills.

Pretty good

We bought this for our 2 year old son. He loves it. He can find out where all the shapes go, and we are slowing teaching him the names of the shapes. The only thing I don't like about it is that the one you slide out to get the shapes out has shape holes in it. I wish they would have made it so all the shape holes were on the block and the opening one didn't have any holes in it. It falls out a lot, especially when he is turning it over and over looking for the right place for the shapes. Other than that, we love it!
