Detailed Description
This workbook develops a child's ability to describe what they see by first isolating and then building upon attributes such as size, color, shape and texture. The child is gently introduced to more descriptive language in a clear, step-by-step manner. Through practice and repetition, they are encouraged to describe what they see while expanding concrete labels into expressive sentences. Children using this book should already know how to recognize and label objects by color, size and other simple attributes and be able to write simple answers when prompted.
